Sub Code: Signifies the axis
in which the alarm occurred
Mechanical failure Check that the manipulator is not moving when the servo turned ON.
YBK21 board failure Check that the brake has not been released because the brake relay is
broken.
Connection failure (1)Reset the alarm
(2)If the alarm occurs again, check the connection and inserting state
of the following cables and connectors.
