maintenance mode
When CONNECTION setup is CONTACTOR, check that the safety
function's jumper connector is inserted in EAXA21 board CN521, or
EAXB21 board CN522/523/524.

(2)If the alarm occurs again, check the connection and inserting state
of the following cables and connectors.
