6.6.2 Anti-Resonance Control Adjustment Function Operating Procedure
With this function, a control reference is sent, and the function is executed while vibration is occuring.
Anti-resonance control adjustment function is performed from the Digital Operator (option) or SigmaWin+.
The function cannot be performed from the Panel Operator.
The operating procedure from the Digital Operator is described here.

ations of the Digital Operator.
The following three methods can be used for the anti-resonance control adjustment function. Select and use
the best method.
1. With Undetermined Vibration Frequency Before Adjusting Anti-Resonance Control See Page 6-46.
2. With Determined Vibration Frequency Before Adjusting Anti-Resonance Control See page 6-48.
3. For Fine-tuning After Adjusting the Anti-Resonance Control See page 6-50.
(1) With Undetermined Vibration Frequency Before Adjusting Anti-Resonance Control
Step Display after Operation Keys Operation

Press the Key to view the main menu for the
utility function mode.
Use the or Key to move through the list,
select Fn204.

Press the Key to display the initial setting screen
for tuning mode.
Note: If the display does not switch and NO-OP is
displayed, refer to 6.6.1 (1) Before Performing
Anti-Resonance Control Adjustment Function.

Press the or Key and select the tuning mode
"0".

Press the Key while "Tuning Mode = 0" is dis-
played. The screen shown on the left will appear. The
detection of vibration frequencies will start and
"freq" will blink. Return to step 3 if vibration is not
detected.
Note: Lower the vibration detection sensitivity
(Pn311). When this parameter is lowered, the
detection sensitivity will be increased. Vibra-
tion may not be detected accurately if too small
value is set.

The vibration frequency will be displayed if vibration
is detected.
