The following table describes the labels in this screen.
21.3 The RADIUS Screen
Click SECURITY > AUTH SERVER > RADIUS to open the RADIUS screen. Configure
this screen to use an external RADIUS server to authenticate users.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.
Table 127 SECURITY > AUTH SERVER > Local User Database
LABEL DESCRIPTION
Active Select this check box to enable the user profile.
User Name Enter the user name of the user profile.
Password Enter a password up to 31 characters long for this user profile.
Apply Click Apply to save your changes back to the ZyWALL.
Reset Click Reset to begin configuring this screen afresh.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Authentication Server
Active Select the check box to enable user authentication through an external
authentication server.
Clear the check box to enable user authentication using the local user profile
on the ZyWALL.
Server IP Address Enter the IP address of the external authentication server in dotted decimal
notation.
Port Number The default port of the RADIUS server for authentication is 1812.
You need not change this value unless your network administrator instructs
you to do so with additional information.
