45 Energy optimising
Energy optimization settings. See also section Energy saving
calculator on page 85.
45.01 Energy optim Enables/disables energy optimization function. The function
optimizes the flux so that total energy consumption and motor
noise level are reduced when the drive operates below the
nominal load. The total efficiency (motor and drive) can be
improved by 1…10% depending on load torque and speed.
Note: With a permanent magnet motor and synchronous
reluctance motor, energy optimization is always enabled
regardless of this parameter.

45.02 Energy tariff1 Price of energy per kWh. Used for reference when savings

45.08 Reference power Motor power when connected directly to supply. Used for
reference when energy savings are calculated. See
