Removing complete tubular shaft unit
Use this procedure to remove the complete tubular shaft unit.

Move the robot to the position shown in the
figure.

DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.

Remove the bracket securing the cable
package to the tubular shaft unit by remov-
ing its attachment screws.

Parts:
A: Tubular shaft unit
B: Attachment screws M6x16 qual-
ity 8.8-A2F (2 pcs)
C: Bracket
Place the cable package in a way that it will
not be damaged in the continued removal
procedure.
