2. Make sure the o-ring on the circumference of the
motor is seated properly. Lightly lubricate it with
grease.

3. Fit the lifting tool, motor axis 2, 3, 4 to the motor. Art no. is specified in Required
equipment on page 208.
4. Fit the two guide pins in the two lower motor
attachment holes.

CAUTION!
The motor weighs 25 kg! All lifting equipment
used must be sized accordingly!
6. Lift the motor and guide it onto the guide pins, as
close to the correct position as possible without
pushing the motor pinion into the gear.
7. Remove the lifting tool and allow the motor stay on
the guide pins.
8. In order to release the brake, connect the 24 VDC
power supply.
Connect to connector R2.MP3
• +: pin 2
• -: pin 5
9. Use the rotation tool in order to rotate the motor
pinion when mating it to the gear!
Fit the motor, making sure the motor pinion is
properly mated to the gear of gearbox, axis 3.

Make sure the motor pinion does not
get damaged!
Make sure the motor is turned the
right direction, that is the cables
facing forwards.

The rotation tool is used beneath the
motor cover, directly on the motor
shaft as shown in figure above.
• A: Rotation tool.
10. Remove the guide pins.
11. Secure the motor with four attachment screws
and plain washers.
4 pcs: M10 x 40, tightening torque:
50 Nm.
12. Disconnect the brake release voltage.
13. Reconnect all connectors beneath the motor
cover.
Connect in accordance with
markings on connectors.
