When the gearbox is removed, make sure
not to loose the sealing ring. It must be fit-
ted on the gearbox when the turning disc
is refitted.
Note
On a new gearbox, the sealing ring must
be removed from the old gearbox, and fitted
on the new one.

Removing the process turning disc

Make sure that all supplies for electrical
power, hydraulic pressure, and air pressure
are turned off.

CAUTION
The process turning disc weighs 50 kg. All
lifting accessories must be sized accord-
ingly.

Roundsling 1 m: Lifting capacity: 1,000 kgAttach a roundsling to the process turning
disc and to an overhead crane (or similar).

Stretch the roundsling to take the weight
of the process turning diss.

Unscrew the 22 attachment screws and
washers that secure the process turning
disc.
