Remove the screws and washers.3
Remove the pulley carefully.
CAUTION
If the ball screw nut or ball screw spline nut go
out of the screw shaft, the ball screw is destroyed.
Be careful when you do any work that may cause
this.

Removing the ball screw lower nut

Make sure that all supplies for electrical power,
hydraulic pressure, and air pressure are turned
off.

Remove the screws on the lower nut to the outer
arm.
Tip
Hold the ball screw to prevent it from dropping.
Or the ball screw may be destroyed.

Hold the ball screw lower nut with the special tool
to take them out of the outer arm carefully.
Tip
Hold the lower part of the ball screw to prevent it
from dropping.
Or the ball screw may be destroyed.
