Connection to the power circuit

The connection of a circuit-breaker to the power circuit is performed using the connection

busbars of the electric switchgear ﬁxed to the terminals of the circuit-breaker. The sizing of the

busbars is speciﬁed by the designer of the electrical switchgear.

different capacities for the

connections by altering the

thickness and number of busbars

in parallel.
