The application is used to fix the primary function of the device. The primary function is the first
function of the device that is carried out when the user presses button 1 or 2. The primary
function should be a function that the user would use when entering the room for example (e.g.
"switching the ceiling light").
When the application is active, a switching telegram is sent when the button is pressed or
released.

function" is set on "1-button switching".
