Continuity Verification Test
1 Put the calibrator in Standby (STBY) mode.
2 Select Meter mode of the instrument, then press F2 softkey for
Ohmmeter.
3 Press F1 to select continuity test.
4 Connect the calibrator to the instrument’s input and ground terminal as
shown in Figure 7- 2 using banana plug.
5 Apply a resistance output of 30
Ω from the calibrator, buzzer should
sound.
6 Apply a resistance output of 75
Ω from the calibrator, buzzer should not
sound.
