Candidate Commands
candidate
Syntax candidate
Context <root>
Description This command enables the context to edit candidate configurations.
Commands in the candidate CLI branch, except candidate edit, are available only when in edit-cfg
mode.
edit
Syntax edit [exclusive]
Context candidate
Description This command enables the edit-cfg mode where changes can be made to the candidate configuration
and sets the edit-point to the end of the candidate. In edit-cfg mode the CLI prompt contains edit-cfg
near the root of the prompt. Commands in the candidate CLI branch, except candidate edit, are
available only when in edit-cfg mode.
