The values in the setting chart are intended as reference values.
Depending on the fertiliser properties and the set spreading
vane position, the optimal setting can differ from the values in
the setting chart. For this reason, we strongly recommend
checking the setting with the mobile test rig.
• The border/edge distance in the setting chart always represents
half of the working width.
8.8.1 Boundary and side spreading using the Limiter
The height of the border spreading deflector can be set to
adjust the limiter to the field border characteristics (border spreading
or edge spreading).
• Manually using the hole bar
• Electrically using the control computer, see separate operating
manual.
The border spreading deflector can be swivelled around the
spreading disc to adjust the limiter to the border distance and the type
of fertiliser.
The value to be set should be read from the setting chart.

1. Lift the border spreading deflector hydraulically.
2. Peg the R-clip (1) into the hole bar (2) according to the setting
chart.
