3. This display asks you where you are going to
be using your e-m@iler?
Action required:
Type H for home, or O for office.
(If you are using a telephone service provider other
than BT, read the section ‘CPS’ on page 14.)
4. This display asks whether or not you subscribe
to Caller Display service?
(If you're not sure – then answer this question: are
you normally able to see the caller's number
displayed before you pick up the phone?)
Action required:
Type Y for yes, or N for no.
& If you subscribe to Caller Display on a Cable network, then after registration,
select the Cable network setting (information on page 34).
5. (This display appears only if you've answered
yes to Caller Display.) This display asks
whether you want automatic notification
of email? In other words, do you want to be
notified of new email and/or collect it as soon
as it's available?
Action required:
Type Y for yes, or N for no.
& For information on the automatic notification curfew, see page 137.
6. This display confirms that you have selected
automatic email notification in step 5.
