If there are pages that you wish to go to regularly without having to type in the address
each time (or navigate through links), you can store them in your list of favourites.
Once stored, you can go to any favourite page simply by displaying the favourites
menu and selecting the entry you want.
1. Go to the page you wish to store as a favourite, for example:
www.dictionary.com/wml/#dict
2. Once displayed, press INTERNET, 4 to receive the following display (see
below).
& Tip – as a shortcut, you can go to this display by pressing STORE.
3. Type in your chosen name for this favourite
entry (see example right):
(Use !DEL to delete any unwanted text.)
If you choose a name you've used before,
the previous favourite entry will be over-
written by the new favourite.
4. Press D to highlight l lAddll then press SELECT to store. (The page will then be
re-displayed.)
At this point you can select any new link, go back to the previous page or go to a new
address. You can also go to any other favourite that you've stored (see page 88).
♦ You can use the above display to check a page address – if you press STORE
on any page, its address will be shown at the top of the display. After checking the
address, press STOP to go back to the page itself.
