3.2. INTENDED USE
The equipment is a BLAST CHILLER for professional use.
It enables previously cooked food products to be cooled rapidly.
It works in the following modes:
▪ Positive blasting = up to +10°C/ +3°C
▪ Negative blasting or freezing = down to -18°C/ -40°C.
The Manufacturer cannot be held liable for uses other than those indicated.
Do not use this equipment to blast products other than those intended.
Do not use pressurised containers with ammable propellant in the equipment.
3.3. DESCRIPTION
The equipment has a stainless steel internal and external structure. The outer bottom is made of galvanised steel.
It has 40 mm insulation made of polyurethane resins.
It is equipped with a power supply cable.
The insulation is made without the use of environmentally hazardous CFCs.
