11.1.1. “DIGITAL” VERSION BLAST CHILLER ALARMS
MESSAGE CAUSE TYPE OF ERROR SOLUTIONS
Er
Check that all terminal
board wires are plugged in.
Generic or internal probe
error.
If the wire is disconnected,
reinsert it into the terminal
and tighten the screw.
Er1
Check that all terminal
board wires are plugged in.
Chamber probe error.
If the wire is disconnected,
reinsert it into the terminal
and tighten the screw.
Er2
Check that all terminal
board wires are plugged in.
Core probe error.
If the wire is disconnected,
reinsert it into the terminal
and tighten the screw.
Er3
Check that all terminal
board wires are plugged in.
Condenser probe error.
If the wire is disconnected,
reinsert it into the terminal
and tighten the screw.
Blasting times too long.
Check that the evaporator is
not clogged with ice.
Leave the door open for at
least 15 min to allow the ice
formed to melt.
Check that you have loaded
the product correctly and
not excessively.
Lighten the load of trays.
Check that the internal cell
fan turns.
Contact the support.
Ensure that the temperature
in the laboratory is not
excessively high and the
humidity is high.
Contact the support.
Failure to maintain the food
at the end of the blasting
cycle.
