8.6.4. INFINITE NEGATIVE CYCLE (-40°C)
To perform the innite negative cycle:
STEP ACTION

Press the button.
Note: The equipment starts a 10" countdown after which the blast chilling phase begins.

Press , , , during the countdown phase to change the selection of the blast
chilling type.

Press the button to end the cycle.
Note: The infinite cycle is indefinite and can only be stopped manually.
8.6.5. DEFROST
To carry out defrosting:
STEP ACTION

Press and open the door.
Note: The equipment must be in stand-by mode.
The display shows 'Sbri' to indicate the start of the defrosting phase
Start the evaporator fan to facilitate airflow over the evaporator.

Press the button to end defrosting.
Note: The function ends automatically when the chamber temperature reaches 5°C.
