8.2. PRODUCT LOAD TO BE BLASTED
Load a maximum of 15 kg on each shelf. The load must be evenly distributed on the shelf.
Pre-cool the chamber before starting the positive and negative blasting cycle.
For proper blast chilling, do not introduce hot products. Wait for the product to cool down
before placing it inside the equipment.
In order to ensure proper functioning of the equipment, do not exceed the stated blasting capacity and load the product taking
care to meet the following requirements:
REQUIREMENT PICTURE
Do not overlap products to be blasted
Maintain a space of at least 70 mm between the trays
containing the product to be blasted, so as to allow
good air circulation inside the equipment chamber
Place trays near the evaporator
Divide the distance between the trays into equal spaces
Only open the door for the time necessary for loading and unloading products inside the
equipment.
