8.6. USE OF 'ALADINO' VERSION BLAST CHILLER
8.6.1. ACTIVATION
Do not start the equipment with wet hands or when there is contact with water.

Press the O/I main switch.
Note: when switched on, the button lights up green.
8.6.2. OPERATING MODES
The equipment is set up with the following programmes:
Positive blasting or cooling
Cooling cycle (+3°C)
Negative blasting or freezing
Negative blasting cycle (-18°C)
Negative deep-blasting or freezing
Negative blasting cycle (-35°C)
Innite negative blasting or freezing
Infinite negative blasting cycle (-40°C)
Each programme can be set in the following mode:
• 'AUTOMATIC': temperature-based (requires pin insertion), it is set with a blasting phase and a preservation phase
(automatically switched).
When the set temperature is reached, operation automatically switches to preservation mode; an intermittent sound is emitted
for 3" and the display shows the temperature detected by the pin.
• 'MANUAL': time-based, it is set with a blasting phase and a preservation phase (automatically switched).
The equipment allows the following operating modes to be managed:
• Positive blasting or cooling
• Negative blasting or freezing
• Negative deep-blasting or freezing
• Infinite negative blasting or freezing
• Blasting end with core probe or timed
• Preservation
• Manual defrost
