➢ To print a report via PC Link
1. Run the PC Link program on your computer.
2. Select the MaxiSys Printer tab.
3. Tap the Print icon on the tablet. A report will be sent to the computer.
⚫ If the Auto Print option in the MaxiSys Printer is selected, the
received report will be printed out automatically.
⚫ If the Auto Print option in the MaxiSys Printer is not selected,
click Open PDF File to view all the temporary files. Select the
file(s) needed for printing, then tap Print.
NOTE
1. To confirm that the printer is functioning normally, you can click Test
Print in the PC Link program to test.
2. Make sure the tablet is connected to the same network with your
computer, either via Wi-Fi or LAN, before printing.
14.1.1.2 Printing via Wi-Fi
➢ To print a report via Wi-Fi
1. Turn on your own Wi-Fi printer.
2. Power up the tablet. Swipe down from the top of the screen to
display the shortcuts panel. Toggle the WLAN icon to ON, then
connect the tablet to the printer via Wi-Fi.
3. On a tablet screen where the printing function is available, tap the
Print icon, then select Print via Wi-Fi.
4. The tablet will automatically generate a PDF file. Tap the dropdown
button , then select the printer you need. And next, tap the Print
icon on the screen. The printer will automatically receive and
print the generated PDF file.
14.2 Workshop Information
Use the Workshop Information form to edit, input and save the detailed
workshop information, such as header image, store picture, shop name,
address, phone number and other remarks, which when printing vehicle
