Downgrading to version 8.x3
Downgrading to earlier releases is not possible for some XT Series products or in particular4
conditions.5
For example, in release 9.0 standard mode, you must disable Verify Signature to downgrade6
from 9.0 to an 8.3.x or older release because it is not possible to downgrade to 8.x when in7
recovery mode.8
Procedure9
1. Access the remote download settings. From the endpoint's main menu, select10
Administrator Settings > Utilities > Remote Access > Download. From the XT Series11
web interface, select Configure > Advanced > Utilities > Remote Access > Download.12

2. From the Verify Signature menu, select No.15
