Accessing the XT Series Local Menu9
About this task10
After switching on the XT Series, the main menu appears on the connected monitor.11
To navigate the local menus, use the XT Remote Control Unit or for XT Executive only, you can12
use a keyboard and mouse. You can also access the system via the web, where the main screen13
is laid out differently (see
Accessing XT Series Web Interface on page 28).14

The main menu offers the following features:17
• Call starts audio and video calls.18
• Contacts allows you to view, edit, and call a contact.19
• Calendar allows you to view and join meetings scheduled for this endpoint.20
• Present starts sharing content from your computer, or displays the connected computer's21
content.22
• Control Camera adjusts camera position.23
• Recording allows you to record and playback a videoconference (may require a license).24
• Configure adjusts settings and checks the system status.25
