Diagnosis page
The diagnosis page (Fig. 49) shows values of the various si
gnal channels. That are raw values wich are of interest for
the customer service only.
Pre-lubrication page
For certain compressor models a pre-lubrication after pro
longed stand-still periods is necessary. Crankshaft, pistons
and bearings have to be lubricated before the compressor
can be started up again. This is done manually according to
the measures described in the operating manual.
This page shows the lubrication interval and when the last
manual lubrication was performed.
Separator page:
final separator change (indicated cycles x 10 = after 65000
cycles)
On this page, the cycle numbers of the final separators of
compressor 1 and compressor 2 are displayed. The target
value is the max. allowable cycle number of the final separa
tor. The elapsed shows the no. of cycles already reached.
After having reached the max. number of cyles, the final se
parator has to be exchanged.
