This instance attribute contains the maximum number of distinguishable revolutions.
Default value
65536 = 0x10000 (for "MT16ST13" device variant)
65536 = 0x10000 (for "MT16ST14" device variant)
8192 = 0x2000 (for "MT13ST18" device variant)
The physical measurement range is calculated as follows:
Physical measurement range = attribute 42 (Physical Resolution Span) x attribute 109 (Number of Spans)

This instance attribute defines the kind of setting parameters. Depending on the value one of the following
behaviours is active: Default Parameter Behaviour / Alternative Parameter Behaviour. The parameter is set
