The following table contains a list of common dyes and the primary or secondary detector parameters to use
with them. When using multiple single-color fluorochrome controls, each control should be assigned to a
detector not used by any of the other single-color controls. When possible, assign each control to its primary
detector. If two controls that you are using share the same primary detector, assign one of them to a secondary
detector instead.
