If more than one parameter is available for a particular PMT, you
might have to select the one you need from a menu.
For this example, choose PerCP from the PerCP-Cy5-5 menu.

Delete any unnecessary parameters.
To delete a parameter, select it (by clicking the
selection button to the
left of the parameter name), and then click the Delete button.
• Verify that Log is deselected for the FSC and SSC parameters, and is
selected for each fluorescence parameter.
