Problem description Measures
X Components are again in FBL mode after a com-
pleted update.
X Function disruptions without any apparent dam-
age to the eBike components
1. Connect eBike or on-board computer with Diag-
nosticTool (display in status line: "Connected" or
"Connected FBL").
2. Download the container for the software update
(see p. 106).
3. Press the keyboard combination "CTRL + ALT + A"
and then confirm the prompt message with "OK".
4. Click on the green arrow button to transfer soft-
ware update to the eBike or on-board computer.
Do not abort the process under any
circumstances!
X Process may take 10 minutes or longer.
X Upload progress may possibly remain at
98% for a long time.
5. After completion, the software of the eBikes/of the
on-board computer is reprogrammed. Map material
for Nyon must be retransferred. Personal settings
are available once again after synchronisation with
the online portal or the smartphone app.
