Usage possibilities
X Error analysis to narrow down the possibly
affected components – even without use of Diag-
nosticTool
X On-board computer displays "USB connected",
however, components are displayed as "Not con-
nected" in the DiagnosticTool.
X No display of diagnostic values in the "Service" menu
X eBike control unit does not react when a button is
pressed.
Reconnect the eBike to DiagnosticTool. Check
whether the problem persists.
Disconnect the eBike with malfunctions from Diag-
nosticTool; swap out components.
Cross-swap procedure

Preparation
1. Disconnect eBike from the DiagnosticTool.
2. Have ready for testing purposes another eBike
without any malfunctions or corresponding spare
parts.
3. If you suspect that a particular component is defec-
tive: begin the cross-swap there.
4. Cross-swap possible for: on-board computer, bat-
tery, mount and control unit of on-board computer,
cable set for battery
