Information about charging
X Only charge using one of the charging sockets.
X During the charging and discharging cycles, the
system switches intelligently between the two bat-
teries.
X The bicycle manufacturer provides 2 blanking plugs
(+ / – ) and 1 sticker with appropriate marking for
the purpose of permanently sealing a charging
socket.
Pin cover to protect the contacts when the Pow-
erPack is dismounted – an ideal add-on when
purchasing an eBike.
Compatibility
X Cannot be retrofitted
X Both batteries must have up-to-date software ver-
sions.
X No combinations with PowerPack 300 possible
It is only possible to operate an eBike with Dual-
Battery with a PowerPack (also with software
older than model year 2017); the matching pin
cover is included in the scope of delivery of the
eBike and available as a spare part.
