Reading out parameters and error messages
1. To select the desired system component, select the
corresponding tab (A).
On eBikes with DualBattery, a second PowerPack
tab is displayed. Assignment indicated by num-
ber of flashing LEDs (Battery 1/Battery 2).
2. Error codes, descriptions and information about
correcting errors are displayed (B) if available.
3. Diagnostics parameters/values are display (C)
.
Display of an error code is only an indication of a
possible malfunction caused by:
– Communication problem of eBike software
– Improper operation
– Error of software/hardware
The cause is often remedied in a few steps; it is
not always necessary to exchange component.
Examples with battery
X Number of complete charging cycles
X Max./min. battery temperature in relation to total
power-on hours

Lowest measured cell voltage of the battery
Examples with drive unit
X Total distance and total power-on hours with and
without motor support
X Percentage of energy consumption for each respec-
tive support mode

Trip distances completed without support,
but with system switch on (OFF mode, speed
over 25/45 km/h, no "Own pedal power"), will
also be recorded (not with Classic+ Line).
