Installing the lock
1. Place the lock with the lower
housing section (A) onto the
top mount section (welded
onto the frame) and lightly
tighten with two screws (B)
(M5 x 12), but not all the way.
The locking bolt must point
downward. Do not tighten the
screws (B) yet.
2. Place the blue PowerPack
assembly jig (C) onto the lower
mount.
3. Slide the lock with the lower
housing section until it contacts
the PowerPack assembly jig.
4. Tighten the two screws (B).
5. Remove the assembly jig.
Installing the lock cover
1. Put on the lock cover (D) and
allow the clips to engage.
2. Tighten the lock cover (E)
(M3.5 x 12).

X Lock on the frame (Allen key
size 4):
4–5 Nm
X Lock cover (Torx T15): 2 Nm
