1.2 Initial Operation
of the eBike System
X The eBike system can only be activated if:
A sufficiently charged PowerPack is inserted.
On Intuvia or Nyon: the on-board computer is
properly inserted in the mount.
X Switching the eBike system on/off
Press the On/Off button on on-board computer or
on battery.
With Nyon: slide the on-board computer into or
out from the mount.
X The drive is activated as soon as you start pedalling
(as long as riding mode has not been switched to
"Off").
X The drive is deactivated as soon as you stop pedal-
ling or if a speed of 25 km/h, respectively, 45 km/h
is exceeded.
If the speed 0 km/h is not shown when station-
ary, then check the cable connecting the
on-board computer to the drive unit.
X On Intuvia and Nyon: check whether the
on-board computer is correctly seated in the
mount and has clicked into the lock latch.
