Power supply of Intuvia
X The eBike battery automatically supplies power if
the eBike system is activated and Intuvia is inserted
in the mount.
X Alternatively, you can also charge Intuvia via the
micro-USB port:
1. Open the protective cap.
2. Use an appropriate USB cable to connect to a
commercially available USB charger or to a USB
port of a computer.
3. The Intuvia text display shows: "USB connected".
Power supply of external devices (e.g.
smartphone) via the micro-USB port
X Prerequisite: Intuvia and a sufficiently charged
rechargeable battery are installed in the eBike and
the eBike system is activated.
External devices connected to Intuvia can nega-
tively affect the range of the eBike.
1. Open the protective cap.
2. Use a USB Micro A - Micro B charging cable to
connect an external device with the USB port on
Intuvia (Order number: 1.270.016.360)
3. After completion of charging, close the protec-
tive cap again.
X The cable for diagnostics and the cable for
charging of external devices are not identical!
X Using a USB cable that is not standard-com-
pliant or a cable/adapter combination can
lead to damage to Intuvia.
X When riding in the rain, do not connect any
external devices!
