Safety Instructions
X The charger is not splash water protected!
There is a risk of electrical shock if water
penetrates into the charger!
X Do not charge batteries without supervision.
X Switch off the battery before charging.
X Charging outdoors is only possible in dry
weather. Battery is no longer splash-water
protected when the protective cover is open.
Before using, read and observe safety instruc-
tions regarding battery and charger in the oper-

Information about charging on the bike
X Not possible with Classic+ Line.
X Prevent dirt or contamination of the charging socket
and contacts.
X Always close the protective cover when the charging
socket is not used.
After charging is completed
X Charger switches off automatically when the battery
is fully charged (not on Classic+ Line).
X Disconnect battery from charger and unplug charger.
A full charge of a PowerPack 300 costs less than
10cents (assumption: green electricity rate of
25 cents/kWh). Typical energy requirement of an
eBike commuter: about 40 kWh/year (compared
with: power consumption of a refrigerator is
about 250 kWh/year)
