Applications for the eBike system
X Software that bike manufacturer installs on eBike
X Determines the ride handling of the eBike and may
include country-specific configurations
X When installed, the software is placed in a so-called
"container"
X All containers are brand-specific
The applications installed can be determined
with the DiagnosticTool (see p. 105).
Examples of current applications for the
Bosch eBike system:
X Cruise derailleur system (can also be used with
NuVinci H|Sync and Rohloff E-14 Speedhub 500/14)
X Cruise hub gear system
X eShift (for NuVinci H|Sync, Rohloff E-14 Speedhub
500/14 or Shimano Di2)
X Special applications (e.g. handbike)
