Menus
Menus provide access to controls such as printer settings, label setting, font, and so on. Use function
keys on the keyboard to open menus. See “Using the Keyboard” on page 23. Use navigation keys to
access the different menu items. Continue to press the navigation keys to access the overflow menus
or scroll through the menus. When you have reached the last menu item displayed, the menus cycle
back to the first menu item.
Menus open across the bottom of the screen. Sub-menus open vertically, above the main menu
selection. A yellow border marks selected menu items.
To select items on a menu, do one of the following.
• Press the Function (FN) and desired feature keys for the menus you want to access. The menu
choices for that particular function display. Use the navigation keys to move through the menu.
When the desired option is highlighted, press Enter. When you access a menu item, if a sub-
menu is available, it immediately pops-up. For more information see “Using the Keyboard” on
page 23.
To close a menu without making changes:
• Press the Backspace key. You may have to press backspace more than once to exit out of all
menus.
