8 Troubleshooting
Use the following table to troubleshoot and diagnose possible performance problems with your printer.
If the corrective action suggested does not work, contact Brady’s Technical Support Group. See
“Technical Support and Registration” on page iv.
Label Types & Label Supply
Some label types require specific label supplies. Additionally, some label supplies require specific
ribbons. If the label supply installed in the printer is incompatible with the installed ribbon, an error can
occur. Check your local Brady website for ribbon and label supply compatibility.
