(4) Slide the CIS carriage slowly to the position described below.
(5) Raise the first side CIS unit from the CIS carriage for 90 degrees. Slide the first side CIS
unit in the direction of the arrow and release the boss to remove it. Disconnect the first
side CIS flat cable from the first side CIS unit.
