Page Options Dialog Box (W indows)
The Page Options dialog box of fers the following settings.

• T o display the Page Options dialog box, on the Layout sheet, click Page Options . ( → P .472)
Setting Item Description
A Print Date
Select where the date is printed, as desired. T o print the time as well, select
B Print T ime Also .
C Print User Name
Select where the user name is printed, as desired.
D Print Page Number Select where the page number is printed, as desired.
E Format Settings Click to display the Format Settings dialog box, which enables you to
complete format-related settings.
Note
• If you specify the same position for multiple items, the items are printed from left to right in this order:
date, user name, and page number .
• When you print multiple pages per sheet using Page Layout Printing or similar functions, these items
will be printed for each page.
