What to do if the Case 6401 Network Router fails the ADSL synchronization test?
    • F
      fzhangAug 2, 2025
If the ADSL synchronization test fails on your Case Network Router, ensure the phone line is connected to the 6401 Router. After turning it on, wait at least one minute for a connection to be established, then re-run the diagnostic tests. Also, verify there's no DSL micro filter on the phone cord and that you're using the correct phone cord with four copper wires visible in the plug. If the issue suddenly occurs after a long period of proper functioning, there might be a problem with the DSL network, so wait 30 minutes to a couple of hours and then consider calling your ISP. Finally, try turning off the router, waiting 10 seconds, and then turning it back on; wait at least one minute before retrying.
