Connecting fiber optic cables to STM-4/16/64 or OC-12/48/192 interfaces on 60G MRO XC card

Step Action
1 Identify the fiber optic cables.
2 Remove the dust caps on the optical interfaces.
3 Inspect and clean the connectors/adaptors on the patch cord. For details,
refer to Procedure 9-2, Cleaning optical connectors and adapters on patch
cords.
4 Connect the appropriate fiber optic cables to the transmit and receive sides
of 2x622M connection on 60G MRO XC circuit pack. For details, refer to
Figure 5-20 on page 5-37.
5 Connect the appropriate fiber optic cables to the transmit and receive sides
of 2x2.5G connection on 60G MRO XC circuit pack. For details, refer to Figure
5-20 on page 5-37
6 Connect the appropriate fiber optic cables to the transmit and receive sides
of 1x10G connection on 60G MRO XC circuit pack. For details, refer to Figure
5-21 on page 5-38
