Power requirements
The 6200 supports two 325 W DC or two 500W DC or two 290W AC power
supplies for the base chassis and two 250 W DC power supplies for the
expansion chassis
.
The power supply module provides the following functionality:
• Operating voltage range is -40 V to -72 V for DC PSU and 265 V to 90 V
for APU290
• minimum input current requirement per base PSU is 8.5A (325W PSU),
14.5A (500W PSU), 3.5A (APU290), and per expansion PSU is 6.5A
(250W PSU)
• input low voltage indication (with accuracy of +/- 6%) to the user interface
for low voltage alarms
• input high voltage indication (with accuracy of +/- 6%) to the user interface
for high voltage alarms
Note: Ensure that in redundant state, the two slots allotted to power
supply modules on base chassis or expansion chassis are occupied by
same PSU type.
