The ICT/MCT can be operated with or without an RT-7000 PMR/RMR connected.
 The ICT is used to generate Installer Configuration Files that can be uploaded or
downloaded to the radio.
 The MCT is used to generate the Mission Configuration Files for each transceiver
within the radio. These files can be uploaded or downloaded to the RT-7000
PMR/RMR.
 The RT-7000 PMR/RMR may be connected to the PC either in the aircraft or on the
bench to upload or download configuration data.
9.3.2 PC REQUIREMENTS
9.3.2.1 Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
 Disk Space: 1 MB
 Memory: 512 MB
 Processor: 1 GHz
 RS-232 Serial interface (for connection to the RT-7000 PMR )
9.4 SOFTWARE OPERATION
9.4.1 OPERATING THE ICT
The information below is an example of ICT operation. Other versions of the ICT may display
differently depending on compatability.
These commodities, technology or software are controlled in accordance with the United States Export Administration Regulations, Export Classification
Control Number (ECCN) EAR99. When exporting, diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
