The secondary RCDU requires only one connection to be configured to the Primary RCDU for control.
With this the RCDU will need to be configured as the secondary RCDU (ORANGE). Then the RCDU will
need to be configured that it is connected with another RCDU (GREEN).

9.7.3.1 Primay/Secondary RCDU Selection
A drop down menu allows selection of the RCDU as either the Primary or Secondary.
The Primary RCDU connects directly to one or two PMR/RMR The Secondary RCDU
connects to the Primary RCDU, but has the same control and display capability as the
Primary.
9.7.3.2 RS-422 Settings
Drop down menus provide for selecting the function of each of the five serial
interfaces of the RCDU.
RS-422 Connections 1 and 2 should be used to interface with the RT7000 PMR or
RMR. RS-422 connections 3 and 4 are not used. RS-422 Connection 5 should be used
for communication betwee the Primary and Secondary RCDUs.
