7.2.1 Removing Devices from the CI-Bus (continued)
The devices removed from the list of configured devices may still remain connected to the CI-Bus, even
powered on. As they are not in the list of configured devices, their presence will not be checked and not
used in an experiment. Of course, you may physically remove the devices from the CI-Bus so that they
may be used elsewhere:
Switch “Off” the device and disconnect it from AC power.
Disconnect the CAT5 networking cables from the device. If it was the last device on the bus, remove
the orange terminator.
Reconnect the CAT5 networking cables as needed and install the orange terminator in the available
“CI-Bus” port of the last device.
7.3 Window
This menu contains the default options (Cascade, Tile Horizontal, Tile Vertical, Arrange the Icons)
Windows provides for positioning open windows within the main window.
