The Administrator must configure the SMTP server, domain name, and
destination on the ‘Admin | Access’ page (Sect. 7.5.2.1) in order to use
this page.
Use this page to compose an e-mail message when you have questions about or
problems with the unit.

The ‘Home | Support’ page (Figure 7-8) uses Simple Mail Transport Protocol
(SMTP) to send e-mail to Comtech EF Data Product Support:
cdmipsupport@comtechefdata.com
Enter the Contact Information and compose a message in the Problem Report
text window. The Problem Report section allows up to 256 characters maximum.
Click [Submit Email] to send the message.
