the specific use of these various switch modules in redundant
applications.
In subsystems where a redundant converter configuration is used, the backup
converter (BU) has an Input/Output Module (IOM), while the online converters
have Receive Switch Modules (RSMs). When a fault occurs in an online
converter, the system commands the RSM in the faulted converter to switch to
the BU (Figure 4-19).
