8.7.3.3 ATT (Attenuation)
Use ATT to set or return the attenuation value. The default value is 10.00 dB.

Set Attenuation:
<DEV/ATT_ yy.yy{cr} where:
yy.yy = 00.00 to 25.00 dB in 0.25 dB steps (0.1 dB steps optional)
Confirmation:

8.7.3.4 CLD (Cold Start)
This command is NOT AVAILABLE in redundant systems.
Use CLD to mute the output signal for a predetermined time 15 minutes
following Power-Up to ensure a stable reference oscillator. The default is OFF.
